Here at Chilled Banana we are passionate about Teaching Children and young adults Mindfulness and Relaxation techniques. We know that children feel stress just as much as adults but don't always know how to deal with those worries and stresses. 

Through our Classes, Workshops and 1-2-1 sessions we aim to give Children a Toolkit for life. A set of techniques that will teach them how to relax their minds and bodies. A Way to be in control of their mental health and always make sure they feel confident and able to deal with any stresses that come their way. Not just now but throughout their lives. 

We know that Stress can contribute for up to 90% of Illnesses

We know that giving children these tools from a young age make adults that are more creative, independent and confident 

We know that an awareness of mindfulness and relaxation means they are less likely to suffer with mental health problems in later life. 

We are passionate about making sure children learn these techniques through fun activities, that children embrace their difference and abilities. That they are confident to be the wonderful humans they are.
